Emails
This section is the main configuration hub for your SCADA system’s email sending capabilities. The accounts you define here act as the infrastructure for automatically sending reports, alarms, and other critical events.
Once the settings are complete, you can utilize these accounts through notifications, reports, or other functions.

Email Settings Column Descriptions
| Parameter | Description |
| No | The sequence number in the table. |
| Symbol | A unique name you assign to identify the email account. |
| Mail Server (SMTP) | The address of the SMTP server you will use to send emails. |
| SMTP Port | The port number required to connect to the email server. |
| Username | The username of your sending account. Usually your full email address. |
| Password | The password for your user account. Important: You cannot use your standard Gmail login password here. You must use an App Password. You can visit the specific page to generate an App Password for Gmail. |
| Mode | The security protocol used to establish a secure connection to the server (Auto/SSL/TLS/None). |
| Sender Address | Specifies the address from which emails will be sent. Usually the same as the Username. |
| Timeout (ms) | The maximum time to wait (in milliseconds) for connection and sending operations. |
| Retry Count | Determines how many times the system will retry if sending fails. |
| Try To Send | Click this button to test if your settings are correct and if you can successfully connect to the server. |
| Success | Select the tag that will be updated to true when the connection is established successfully. |
| Fault | Select the tag that will be updated when a connection error occurs. |
| Comment | An area where you can enter additional notes or descriptions regarding the account. |
